Refund Policy

This policy applies to products sold by Luminexis as the seller. For products we promote as an affiliate, the refund policy of the product owner applies, and the refund is processed by that company or its sales platform.

Digital products

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason. When the sales page of a specific product offers a longer guarantee period, that longer period applies.

Physical products

You may return a product within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. If the product arrives damaged or different from what was described, contact us and we will replace it or refund you at no cost.

How to request a refund

Email support@luminexis.online with your order number and the email used at checkout. We reply within 1 to 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. The time for the amount to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or bank, usually 5 to 10 business days.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first. We solve most issues quickly by email.
