We work in two formats. In both, the customer always knows who is selling the product, what is included and how to get support.
We develop and sell our own products. In this format Luminexis is the seller and is responsible for the product, the delivery and the after-sales support.
We promote products created by other companies. The customer buys directly from the product owner, who is responsible for delivery and support, and Luminexis receives a commission.
Our catalog changes over time. These are the main categories we work with today.
We do not sell prohibited or restricted items, such as weapons, drugs, adult content, gambling or financial investment products.
The customer sees the product, the price and what is included on the sales page.
Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We never store full card numbers.
Digital products are delivered by email right after payment. Physical products are shipped with tracking.
